Treatments cannot be offered to anyone under the age of 16.
All 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the spa, including while having a treatment.
Please be aware that any requested timings for either dining or spa treatments are preferred times only, and on occasion may be unavailable. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however these are strictly subject to availability.
Please note that a discretionary gratuity for your Therapist will be added to your bill. You have the option of removing this from your bill should you prefer.
